Hi there,
I have a site that I’ve had linked up with my updraft account for a while but it still doesn’t seem to have Premium access. I’ve refreshed a few times, but I still can’t see options to create sub-folders on Dropbox and it gives me the ‘There’s an add-on for that’ text. I’ve also tried de-activating and reactivating the plug-in.
The My account section says All add-ons are ok. Assigned: https://trailcreekcrossing.com – TCX
Update subscription expires: 2018-10-23.

I have a similar problem. I installed the Updraft Plus plugin for the add on – for Migrator. Successfully installed the plugin however cannot connect to Updraft Plus server. Keep getting a 406 error message – Not Acceptable.On talking to the webhosting provider tech support – they seem to have some type of security rules in place which is not an issue for the current site I was able to connect Updraft Plus Migrator to.
Any thoughts how to overcome this – seems different webhosting providers have different security rules in place for the plugin.

Have you fully completed the installation, as shown in the following guide:
https://updraftplus.com/support/installing-updraftplus-premium-your-add-on/The add-ons have to be activated and updated before they will work.

If you purchased the Migrator add-on, then you will have a version of UpdraftPlus with Migrator pre-installed available from your My Account page.
You can download this version and install it without needing to connect to UpdraftPlus.com
