Redis Object Cache Not Working With Updraft plus

Hi

We installed Redis Object Cache, and noticed updraft plus has been not doing any backup. I can manually backup but the automatic scheduled backups are not working.

I checked our cron logs again , and noticed the updraft crons jobs are not running – see log below.

Please assist in resolving this issue. It could be Redis Object Cache / cron job conflict which is affecting updraft plus.

Hi,

The list of Cron jobs contains jobs from November 3, 2016 2:42 pm. Was this list taken after that time? Have other scheduled tasks, such as Sucuriscan’s scheduled scan also stopped working?

If so, then it appears that your Cron system has broken. I would recommend disabling Redis Object Cache for 24 hours and seeing if the cron starts working again. If it does, then you will need to contact the developers of that plugin.
