    Hi,
    there are several Websites assigned to my licence that are not using Updraft-Plus any more. How can I release the licences if the link is not shown in the listing? Some of them were dummy-test-sites / websites I don’t have access to any more.

    Hi Johannes,

    The release licence link should appear after 30 days of inactivity.

    However, if this has not occurred, or you need the licences released earlier, please could you send a list of sites to release? We can then reset those licences for you.
