I have followed the instructions here for renewing the premium version: https://updraftplus.com/support/installing-updraftplus-premium-your-add-on/
But the addons are not adding on like they did on the multisite I activated the premium version on last night. The “All Addons” box shows a green check but the addons are not updating. Please assist with this issue. I will continue to work on it while I wait.

I have purchased the premium upgrade for 10 websites but none of them except 1 are updating to the premium version. I want to activate Microsoft OneDrive. All multisites have the green check under “Add All Addons” but it is clearly not updating. I don’t see any other link that activates the premium version. I have tried all other links but they just redirect me back to your website to renew my subscription again. I have refreshed the connection multiple time, logged out then back in but no luck. I need to get this task out of the way to move on with other things.
January 20, 2016 at 11:30 pm #140454udadminKeymasterHi Vicky,
Please can you confirm your order number? Looking up the only order number associated with the login that you’re using to post in this forum, I’m seeing a purchase of 2 licences (26th Jan 2015). You say you purchased 10 – please can you confirm your order number?
Many thanks,

I have activated 1 out of the 10 licenses available. The other 9 say:You have an available licence – learn how to activate it.
Update subscription expires: 2017-01-20.I don’t know what 2 licenses you are referring to from (26th Jan 2015). I bought the developer license previously.
January 21, 2016 at 10:56 am #140488udadminKeymasterAh – apologies. When trying to locate your account, I found the wrong Vicky. (For licensing issues, it’s best to use this form – https://updraftplus.com/paid-support-requests/ – or to provide an order number, if using the forum, so that we can locate the account efficiently).
I can see that you previously had an order in January 2014, and did not renew last year. The new purchase this year has been treated by the license server as new licences for new sites, instead of as a renewal for the existing ones. I have amended that for you now. They should now all be able to update.
Best wishes,
DavidJanuary 21, 2016 at 4:07 pm #140513VickyParticipantYeah, its still not upgrading to the premium version. Do you have further instructions. I have refreshed the connection but nothing happens. The green check is there under “Add All Addons” but no premium settings have been activated like scheduling backup times and OneDrive is not activated. Please fix this or let me know what I need to do to make it update.
Some of the websites you activated are no longer http but are https (not sure if that makes a difference).
January 21, 2016 at 4:23 pm #140516udadminKeymasterWhich site is this on, and what is the currently installed version?
January 21, 2016 at 4:52 pm #140522VickyParticipantThank you. I received a plugin update and activated it. So far the premium version is working.
