    I would like to renew the premium subscription for the third year
    irst was 7 february 2018, then 25 january 2019
    Why was my last renewal not valid from February 7, 2019? I paid a whole year 2018 !

    Hi,

    Apologies for the late reply.

    From our records, it shows that your license have the correct expiration date. Your licences are currently valid until 2021-02-06.
    You can check this by logging in to your UpdraftPlus.com account and going to “Licences” page.
