I made an error in my renewal at a couple of levels. I tried to renew at an improper level (I needed “Agency” but I paid for “Enterprise”) and I went through the wrong screens (I had difficulty finding the proper renewal screens); now I have a new subscription instead of a renewal.
How to get this corrected?
