Hi,
we do have an UpdraftPlus Premium account.
We need to know which domains are connected through our UpdraftPlus Premium account.
Is it possible to get the following information for every website that uses our Premium account:
– Name of domain
– Ip Address
– last date of UpdraftPlus updateBest regards

You can find all the list of website or licenses from this page – https://updraftplus.com/my-account/licences/
You will also see there when was the last check-in for that website or domain. Thanks,

we do have over 600 Websites which are connected to our Premium Account.
On the page: https://updraftplus.com/my-account/licences/ I only see 11?
Where can I check all of our websites that are connected to our Premium Account?
Best regards

How do you install the plugin to your websites? Do you follow this guide – https://updraftplus.com/support/installing-updraftplus-premium-your-add-on/? Or do you just download the full package and install the plugin? If the latter, then I’m afraid those are not connected to our license server and will not be listed in the licenses tab.

Yes, we have connected all Sites as like f1-sportwagen.de (see picture)
As you can see in the next picture, it is not listed, like hundreds of other sites.
What could be the problem?

Strange! Can you provide me another site that is not showing up on your licenses? Is it possible to obtain access too?

I’ve noticed that one or two domains in the list change as soon as I log in to the respective website or search for updates. But the others remain the same.
Because of the German data protection law I cannot give you access to customer sites. What exactly do you want to check?
Could it be that we use the same installation as the base for every new website?
We create our basic installation package with AkeebaBackup.

Thanks for the information. That gave me a clue.
Please can you reset the Site ID in the “Advance Tools” tab on one of the websites? After reset, try reconnecting to our license server and see if that resolves the issue.

Yes, that would solve the problem.
All we need now is a way to roll out this process automatically to around 900 installations.
Do you have a solution for this as well?

I’m afraid we do not have a way to automate the process.
This just happens if you migrate a website from one location to another. You would only need to do this for your cloned sites.
