Restore error, site down

Hello,
When I restored a backup, the restore failed and my site crashed. My site is down and I can not access to admin backoffice. My site is down and I can’t access to admin backoffice. How canI restore my backup folders located in dropbox?

Hi Romeo,

We have a guide on manually restoring an UpdraftPlus backup here:

Alternatively, download the backup and then re-install WordPress from scratch. You can then re-install UpdraftPlus, and upload and restore the backup files through the Existing Backups tab.
