PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT indicates that the file is corrupted.
To solve this issue, please re-download and re-upload a copy of the backup_2020-01-21-2049_Electricmeg_e892da96c547-uploads2.zip file.
Then run the restoration process again.
