Restore to new url failed

Hi. I have my new updraft-migrator plugin installed on my local test instance and ran restore. I received the “enter ftp credentials” message. Entered credentials and the process started. Then stalled?

Now I get a message to that the restore is incomplete and try to restart. No doing so with the same ftp credentials I get the message “can not connect to ftp. Using the same ftp url and credentials, I can log onto my ftp server.

It seems that the plugin is stuck in a “do loop”. How best to proceed from here?
