Site will not connect

When I try to connect my installation, I get:

Errors occurred when trying to connect to UpdraftPlus.Com:
You entered an email address that was not recognised by UpdraftPlus.Com

And yet I am logged into your site with the same details I have entered.

Was this site connected to an UpdraftPlus account previously (e.g. a different account, or the same account with a different password)?
