Even though I have the setting for incrementals set to none, it seems I am getting them anyway. And it so screwed up a restore it took an hour when it should have taken a few minutes. How do I make sure another incremental never happens?

It is possible that the settings has been corrupted.
Please try to wipe out settings. This can be found in the “Advance Tools” tab.
I’m afraid this will also delete all the other settings for UpdraftPlus. After wiping out settings, you will have to re-setup your backups schedule, remote storage and others.Regards,
