UNABLE TO PARSE JSON FILE

    Hi, i am trying to migrate currently website to another installation.
    Using your guide, i created the key on destination website,
    but on original website i got this error:

    “Unable to parse JSON file (error 502)” – the original website is on Aruba hosting.
    Can you help me?

    The exact error is:
    updraft_send_command: error: UpdraftPlus: could not parse the JSON (502)

    Hi,

    “502 (UpdraftPlus: could not parse the JSON)”

    The usual cause of the error you are getting is a timeout in PHP-FPM. Can you consult your web hosting company to check if that is the case, and what they suggest? (What is the timeout? The default is 60 seconds in PHP-FPM; so the server would have to be hugely overloaded for that… so I suspect there is more to it, but the server admin is the person with the access to find out).

    No this is not the case.

    There is no any kind of timeout, the error message is ISTANTANEOUS !!!!

    If direct site-to-site migration is having issues, have you tried using the other methods?

    Yes i tried, FINALLY I GOT ABOUT 7 different files from your plugin,
    THEN UPLOADED THEM ON NEW WEBSITE, CLICK RESTORING AND NOTHING HAPPENS!!
    When operation has been completed, the WEBSITE IS STILL EMPTY LIKE BEFORE!!!!!!!

    And you copy and paste answers only to WASTING TIME AND MONEY!!!!

    I am starting official PAYPAL MONEY BACK TO GET MY MONEY BACK.
