    Updraft came back with this error message
    UpdraftPlus: An error occurred when fetching storage module options: UpdraftVault (format_unrecognised): Settings format not recognised

    Any suggestions please?

    Hi Stuart,

    We’ve had this error reported on a handful of sites, but not been able to reproduce it in our own testing. Would you be able to share a WP login so that we can look directly to try to work out what causes it? If so, tick the ‘Private reply’ checkbox so that nobody except UD staff can see your post.

    If not, then that’s fine too. You can get rid of the problem by using the ‘Wipe Settings’ button in the ‘Advanced Tools’ tab.
