Updraft Plus Settings won’t show up

Hey there,

I have a problem with my Updraft Plus. I Bought the enterprise licence today.
Installation went fine (Version 2.16.37.24), but the settings won’t show up.

Already tried all oft this: https://updraftplus.com/do-you-have-a-javascript-or-jquery-error/
Even the part with the »zend_extension« in the php.ini.

Please help me out.

Hi Max,

Can you try to temporarily deactivate the other plugins that is installed on your website? It is possible that there is conflict between UpdraftPlus and the plugins you are using.

Hey, there are no other plugins installed. Also i use a standard theme.

Apologies about that.

Please can you de-install your current version and download the latest version https://updraftplus.com/wp-content/uploads/updraftplus.zip. Reconnect the plugin by entering your username and password in the “Premium/Extensions” tab once again.

We need to release a series of updates these past days. You should have 2.16.40.x as the latest version. Please let me know if you continue to experience the same issue.
