UpDraft Plus suddenly disappeared

Hey there, did anybody get a similar message in the wp dashboard ?

“The plugin updraftplus/updraftplus.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.”

What can I do now ?

Hi,

Please can you try to re-install the plugin? You will not lose your backups and settings in the process.

This is exactly the problem if I try to do this, the following message shows up. I am not sure if I will lose all my backups then.

Hi Thomas,

Apologies for the delay.

It appears that a failed update left the plugin in a partial state.

You will need to manually delete the remaining plugin files via FTP or your filemanager.
Please delete the following folder on your site:
/mnt/web106/c2/22/53538422/htdocs/WordPress_01/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/

Then, attempt to reinstall the plugin again.
