    Hi,

Please can you provide us more information about the issue you are experiencing?
A screenshot of the error message would be great. If it has something to do with the backup, please send us a copy of the backup log so I can forward it to our development team.

    Thanks,
    Bryle

Hi! I am having similar problems this morning. I have about 30 sites that are on different servers and all running this latest version of UpdraftPlus. And all of them sent me different reports. It’s like sending false positive for some reason. Can you inspect, please?

    Hi Francois,

Please can you send us a copy of the backup? Also, if you are using Dropbox as remote storage there is a current problem with Dropbox API causing the issue.

    Thanks,
    Bryle

Hi Bryle, thank you for the quick answer. All my sites are being backed up on Dropbox (Pro Account) so no storage problem there.
We will wait for a fix. Just hopes it comes soon enough.
    Stay safe! François

I have also tried reducing the file split to 100MB.
    The result was the same.
There is plenty of disk space on the host.

    Errors
The backup is being aborted for a repeated failure to progress.

Note: the on-disk size: 29347.2 KB is incorrect. It is actually 2GB not 29MB.
Is this where the problem lies?

Is there a way I can avoid changing the max_bytes from 26214400 to 209715200?
    Is this increase excessive?

    Hi Bryle,
I see you are trialling a fix with others.
Does that mean there will be a release for this issue soon?
