-ports 80,443,5006 are open
-I can connect to webdav through other software
-ip address of the hosting server is whitelisted on synology firewall

Same warning

Can “webdavs://” be the problem, because I usually use “https://”?

Hi Gabriel,

Could you send me a copy of your server’s PHP Error log?
You can find this log through your web hosting control panel (typically cPanel). If you are unsure where to find the PHP Error log, you can ask your hosts to provide it.

for security reasons I’ve replaced synology ip address with “synologyipadress”
