I’m using Google Drive and unable to make first backup (manual) to it. Fails instantly with log, below. Have tried re-reauthorizing etc. I enabled debug, but no additional output found. Other sites I look after backup fine.

From this log message, it appears that the site has been configured to never run backups, as per this guide:

You will need to find the ‘updraftplus_boot_backup’ filter and remove it.
This is most likely located in the ‘wp-content/mu-plugins’ directory (if it exists), or in your theme’s functions.php file.Best Wishes,
