Who knew your tool was this hard to use?

I used the free tool for a while and I loved it. It backed up my site perfectly.

Sadly the site it was backing up ran slow as a dog. So I thought after doing a ton of optimization for weeks and getting little results that lasted, that I might try a new server (hosting). I am using A2 Hosting because they say they have super fast wordpress hosting.

Anyhow, I set up the paid tool on both sites. Then I screwed up by adding all check boxes to the migration. This broke things and the database was not connected because I added the core or something.

So I went back and forth with tech support. You guys told me the problem and I have been trying to fix it for the last several days this week. Today I finally got everything working by using multiple browsers (both firefox and chrome). I was having a ton of issues creating a key, but switching browsers helped.

Then I kept getting errors trying to send the files to the other site once things finally got connected. What the heck is going on here? Yikes! I can tell you how many times it tried to run, but errors, errors, errors keep it from happening.

How do I fix this?

What error do you get when sending the backup files to your destination site? Can you please send us a screenshot?
