    Hi,
    although I purchased a new license I still get the message “Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired”. This is relevant for the domains beste-tipps-zum-deutsch-lernen.com and learn-german-smarter.com

    Hi,

    Apologies. It appears that our licencing server did not recognise your purchase as a renewal.
    I have adjusted your licences, so the renewal message should now disappear. If this does not happen automatically, you can refresh your connection through the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab.

    Hi Karin,

    Thank you! It appears that your UpdraftPlus Premium license has expired just recently 2020-06-13.

    Please note that UpdraftCentral Cloud, UpdraftVault and UpdraftPlus Premium are different products and requires separate licenses.

    Hello Bryle,
    I have renewed my license for the SFTP/SCP-Plugin 3 months ago.
    Since then, my UpdraftPlus-Account displays the correct expiry Date in 2021.
    Until today the backup worked all fine. Then I upgraded to 5.4.2 and now I get the following message:
    “Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for 2 add-ons on this site has expired. To regain access to updates (including future features and compatibility with future WordPress releases) and support, please renew.”
    I have tried to renew connection and deactivate/reactivate the plugin, nothing helped.
    It seems that other people have the same problem.
    Could you please fix that? The affected site is http://www.petzold-planung.de

    I also have removed UpdraftPlus completely and reinstalled it following this instruction:

    Installing your purchase of UpdraftPlus Premium or individual add-ons


    No change, still getting the same message.
    What is the problem?
