Change the Exclude option under WordPress Core into an Include option

I find including the WordPress Core generally a sane thing to do, because it often not only includes the wp-config.php file, but also modified .htaccess, php.ini files and more, for instance in the case of one provider large backup files. These by the way can not be excluded at the moment because filenames starting with a dot are not excepted.

Any way, excluding a lot of files because I only want to keep an few files and/or folders IN the backup is a lot of work. So an option to tick which files and/or folders one DOES want to include is much more convenient and faster.
