Yeah, “I’ve got a feature request”!~

How about “making it simple”? I’m all over the Internet virtually every day with our new visionary group of Services & Products and working to “license” the same to Ancestry.com  The UpdraftPlus platform has GOT TO BE the most cumbersome and difficult to understand tool I’ve come across! Is there currently a “quicker” walk-thru (preferably video) or any way to avoid continual “trial and error”?  A SIMPLE “backup my ‘site” click with no “points, credits, tracking of this-and-that?”!  C’mon… “Don’t nobody got time for THAT”!
