    Hi,

    The log shows that the backup was successful.

    Can you check directly on your Google Drive if the backup was successfully sent?

    Yes the backup is successful in cPanel, but it does not upload everything to Drive. you can see that in the log 5625.710 – it only uploads the 7th package.

    Hi,

    Please can you update to latest version of UpdraftPlus 2.16.5? Then run a test backup.

    Also, can you reduce the split archive size to 200Mb or lower?

    Ok I updated and reduced the split archive size. How do I run a test backup? Or is that just a normal backup?

    Hi,

    Yes, just a normal backup. Click the “Backup Now” button in the “Backup/Restore” tab.

    Hi,

    Please can you update to latset version 2.16.7, reduce the split archive size to 50Mb and then do another backup?

    If it still fails to complete, you will need to contact your host/server admin and have them check the PHP error log. It should contain the exact information on the problem you are having.
