Backups started failing

Hi all,

Sorry about the delay it took a while to track the issue down.

A fix will be in the next version of the plugin, but in the meantime you can replace the file:

updraftplus/includes/PEAR/HTTP/WebDAV/Client/Stream.php

With this copy of the file:

I confirm that Version 2.16.61.25 does not fix the problem. You must replace the file Stream.php by the one shared by Florent (https://madeby.restezconnectes.fr/plugins/updraftplus/Stream.zip)
