Cannot add destination site

Created a Key on the destination site and pasted it into the “Send backup to another Site” field; pressed Add Site button and nothing happens … I still have the message “No receiving sites have been added.”

Hi,

Could you please open your browser’s developer console (instructions here), and reload the UpdraftPlus Settings page? Then can you attempt to add the migration key again?

Do you see any errors appear in the console? Could you send us a screenshot?

Hi,

It is possible that there is an incompatibility between UpdraftPlus and another plugin.
If possible, could you temporarily deactivate the other plugins on the site, and attempt to add the migration key?
