Cannot install Updraft Migrator paid plugin

Hello,

We purchased a license for Updraft Migrator and are now trying to install the plugin. We ended up having to install the large file upload plugin first. now we are trying to upload the paid version of the Updraft plugin and after 2MB of upload progress we are receiving the following error message:

Upload error (code -200) : HTTP Error. (make sure that you were trying to upload a zip file

I am looking for some direction on this please.

Can you make sure that the zip file is not corrupted? Are you able to unzip the file?

Yes, I am able to unzip the file without issues.

Hi Mike,

The best solution is to manually remove ‘updraftplus’ folder via FTP from the ‘wp-content/plugins/’ directory.

Then manually upload the plugin via FTP. Download a fresh copy of the plugin from our install guide here. Then, unzip and upload to ‘wp-content/plugins’ so it becomes ‘wp-content/plugins/updraftplus’.

After uploading the files, you can then activate the add-ons and connect plugin to UpdraftPlus.com from your WordPress dashboard.
