There appears to be some problems with my Updraft. Not only am I unable to delete old files, but I am also unable to connect with my OneDrive. I can only access the settings via the menu at the top if the dashboard since clicking on the tabs in the plugin do nothing. When I get to the settings panel it looks very weird, just checkboxes. I tried deleting and uploading the plugin but it is still not working. Is there a way to do a clean install?
Please de-install first the free/old version as described in step 1 and then on step 2 download the premium base file. Once the base file is installed you should then be able to proceed with step 3 onwards.
