    Hi again
Sorry for the late reply. Yes I could give you access but I don’t think there is more to see than what you already see?

Here are a few screenshots after todays backup has run.

First: Backup has run today and I clearly thinks it has deleted the oldest backup since last time (Jan 13): https://prnt.sc/r3p521

Rescanning remote storage and the remaining files show up again: https://prnt.sc/r3p5fk

And again… only database backup files are delete from OneDrive. The rest of the files remain.

If you want access to the website – to where shall I email login and passwords?

    Best regards,
    Jan

    Hi,

    Apologies for the late reply.

The screenshot shows that the files are only saved on your remote storage.
Can you please manually check directly from your OneDrive storage? You can manually delete the files that are no longer needed and we can just monitor if it continues to be an issue.

    Regards,
    Bryle

That I have already testet several times.
I can delete the files in OneDrive fine… but after the next backup it just starts over.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the info.

Can you send us a screenshot of the backup list from your OneDrive storage?
Can you point which backups were not deleted and provide us a copy of the backup log for that date?

    Regards,
    Bryle

    Hi

    Please see this: https://prnt.sc/rfezt8

Backup is configured to retain the latest 5 backups (weekly backups).
All backups older than the last five weeks are not completely deleted.

In this case the WordPress database, all WordPress files and another database is backed up. But only the database backups are deleted from OneDrive. All the files remain. What is shown here corresponds precisely to the files that are still in OneDrive.

However – logs are deleted also. So there are no logs from backups older than 5 weeks.

Also – I’m seeing this on all my sites using UpdraftPlus.

    Regards
    Jan
