    Heya Bryle,

    Well yeah…there was a backup scheduled for the 31st…in fact we have a backup scheduled every night…as seen in this screenshot:

    Unfortunately, still no backups for this site:

    Hi Bryle,

    I tried to update the case on Monday and again on Wednesday, but was getting errors…trying again today.

    As you can see from this screenshot, there actually was supposed to be a backup for the 31st (https://prnt.sc/qxhlrf)

    Unfortunately, we’re still not getting backups (https://prnt.sc/qxhmji)

    What’s our next steps?
