HELP! Can’t install Addon: Google Drive, enhanced

We purchased this addon “Google Drive, enhanced” two months ago and have not been able to install it. I have followed the instructions on #5 here (https://updraftplus.com/support/installing-updraftplus-premium-your-add-on/), but don’t see any evidence that it worked. Some observations:

* There are no settings for Google Drive, enhanced listed under the “Premium / Extensions” tab
* There are no new settings added after trying to install the addon — no evidence that it worked

When I checked my licenses this is what it said:

“UpdraftPlus : Google Drive, enhanced
You’ve got itAdds enhanced capabilities for Google Drive users

You have 1 available licence (total unexpired licences: 1)
Update subscription expires: 2024-12-01.”

According to this article (https://updraftplus.com/shop/google-drive-enhanced/) the following two fields should show up in addition to the “Google Drive Folder” field:

* Google Drive Client Secret
* Google Drive Client ID

Please advise on how we can get this plugin installed and configured.

Hi

May I know what plugin version currently installed on your site?
Also it shows you already have UpdraftPlus Premium (Business 10 sites) which already includes all add-ons (GoogleDrive, enhanced – no need to buy separate add-on).

The UpdraftPlus version is: 2.23.14.26

If GoogleDrive, enhanced is already included, then please refund our purchase for that addon.

It sounds like you are saying they have changed how the addon works and your doc https://updraftplus.com/shop/google-drive-enhanced/ is not up-to-date accurate? Specifically, these two fields I mentioned (* Google Drive Client Secret * Google Drive Client ID) don’t show up in the current interface anywhere — Am I reading you correctly?

Hi Michael.

That’s correct, this refers to how the plugin used to work.
I have refunded the add on and cancelled the subscription as this is included in your Premium bundle.
