    Bummer. I thought I could use Migrator on my local host and upload stuff now & then. Guess it’s back to All-in-One-Migration….

    Hi @Diana,

    The Migrator add-on is a special case, and comes with an unlimited number of licences (even if purchased as part of a Premium package).
    As such, you can install the Migrator add-on on as many sites as you need without using up a licence.

    hi,

    i cant belive what i here read. i have the problem of 5 using licenses and 3 domains of them are killed a few month ago. today i need for a new project an code and i see this. i can´t realy change expired domain licenses for my backup plugin?

    is this realy the true? when yes i cancle my subsibtion hiere and buy backupbuddy.

    Hi Jens,

    It is not currently possible for customers to reset their licenses.
    However, if you send us a list of the sites that no longer exist, we can reset the licenses for you.

    Hi,

    I have a development site assigned to a licence that no longer exists because it has moved location. You say that you’d be happy to reset that licence.

    How do I do that please?
