Yes I followed the directions it will not connect to the server to down load the add-ons I purchase. I get a red box that say’s [ Errors occurred when trying to connect to UpdraftPlus.Com:
couldn’t connect to host ] that is the messege I get.
That means that your webhosting company has firewalled the connection. I have emailed you separately with a different zip to install that will avoid the issue.
