I’m working on another client (not on this email account) who purchased the prem plugin last week and I installed it just fine on their existing site.

Today, I’m trying to install that same zip on a fresh GoDaddy WordPress installation, so I can migrate in an existing site. When I try to load the zip file, via upload plugin page, it tells me… Oops! That page can’t be found.

… and a second line that says … It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try a search?

    …followed by a search box.

Is there something I need to change on the GoDaddy side of things?

    Thanks!

    Hi Brett,

The best solution is to manually remove ‘updraftplus’ folder via FTP from the ‘wp-content/plugins/’ directory.

Then manually upload the plugin via FTP. Download a fresh copy of the plugin from our install guide here. Then, unzip and upload to ‘wp-content/plugins’ so it becomes ‘wp-content/plugins/updraftplus’.

After uploading the files, you can then activate the add-ons and connect plugin to UpdraftPlus.com from your WordPress dashboard.

    Kind Regards,
    Bryle
