migrate/clone function Error

I am trying to import single site in a wp network.
First I installing the paid version on both servern and using the remote migrate/clone function to copy the files.
This worked with no problems.
Then I follow this link:

How do I migrate to a new site location?

After the files have been processed ready to be restored (Step 6), it has been shown options to restore the backup as a sub-site.
I also make sure that your user is added as an admin of the new sub-site.
