Hi guys,
I need help with a migration. I followed the process (I did succesful migrations before)
Unexpected response: Error: cURL error 52: Empty reply from server (http_request_failed). You should check that the remote site is online, not firewalled, does not have security modules that may be blocking access, has UpdraftPlus version 2.10.3 or later active, and that the keys have been entered correctly.
Already reached hosting support and they whitelisted IP, removed IP blocks… Anyone had the same problem? Someone that can offer some advice?
Many thanks

My version is 2.16.29.1.
I am 99% sure that the problem is on my hosting that they are blocking my connection because I did some succesful migrations before. What indications should I give them in order to try to fix this?October 15, 2020 at 1:25 pm #683299Bryle CroduaModeratorHi,
Please can you ask your host to unblock connection our IP address.
Our server IP addresses are:
– 104.26.0.36
– 104.26.1.36
– 172.67.73.18Alternatively, you can try using other methods in sending the backups to your destination site. Please check step 3 of our migration guide for alternative methods – https://updraftplus.com/faqs/how-do-i-migrate-to-a-new-site-location/
Best Wishes,
Bryle -
