No Premium Package Sent

Hello,

I purchased a Premium package and the free version was sent for installation. There do not appear to be any add-on options to upgrade. My apologies for using this forum – there are no other support options for this sort of thing. AND NO PHONE OR CHAT SUPPORT!

Hi Debra,

The add-ons need to first be activated before they can be used.The version that is sent is the Premium-ready version.
