Please release a license for me

Hi,

Please release the following license. Order #442077 from 4 October:

I had temporarily installed WordPress on that domain including UpdraftPlus Premium and have now deleted the WP installation without releasing the license. I thought that I could just go to my Updraft account and release a license myself ;-)
