    Hi,
I’m looking for a remote solution to store my backups in case the files on my server get lost. I have a huge online space on Rapidshare. Is there any chance to connect my Rapidshare account to Updraft to automatically store all my backups there?
    Thanks
    Werner

    Hi Werner,

We do not have a dedicated remote storage method for Rapidshare.

However, UpdraftPlus does offer the following generic remote storage upload methods:

    – FTP
    – SFTP/SCP
    – webDAV
    – Generic S3
    – OpenStack

I would recommend asking Rapidshare if any of the above are supported. If so, then UpdraftPlus should be able to backup to Rapidshare.

    Regards,
    Bryle

    Hi Bryle,

    thanks for the quick reply.

It was not Rapidshare, but MediaFire, but from your side, that’s probably the same case. Or do you have a MediaFire plugin?

I asked MediaFire if they support one of the protocols you gave me.

    Best

    Hi Werner,

I’m afraid MediaFire is also not supported.

You can post your requests and suggestions on this page: https://updraftplus.com/feature-requests/
This gives us a centralised point for suggesting new features and allows others to support suggestions. We will tend to prioritise features that have proven popular.

    Regards,
    Bryle
