I’ve recently purchased UpdraftPlus and needed to move the site through a temporary IP address and sub-domain before restoring it to where it should be at https://wattever.com.au. Can you update my licence so I can use the site licence at https://wattever.com.au (root domain rather than v2 directory).

It was my server IP and even after changing the DNS, I am not able to use the plugin on the site. My site is ownglory.com

Hello! We have the same problem. I’ve set up staging sites on IP addresses, which we are no longer using. Can you reset our account? Actually none of the licenses below are valid anymore, so we would like to start from scratch.

would you be able to remove all used URL’s from my account so that I can start again Most of the URL’s no longer exist. There are two or three that might still be in use, but I’ll reinstall those if needed.
