    Please could I also request removal of one of the domains in my account?

    This was a project which unfortunately lost its funding and is now empty and no longer in use.

    I had forgotten we were using the 2 website licence until I came today to renew for another year.

    Hi David,

    I’m in the same boat – I had no idea that the licenses would not be able to be reassigned. I just deleted the updraftplus premium plugin off of 3 staging sites and one former client and would really appreciate it if you could remove the licenses. They are:
    wfenix.windshiftwebdesign.com
    fas.windshiftdesign.com
    fas.windshiftwebdesign.com
    http://www.hempcrete.ca

    Hi Bryle, you had removed the two domains I had wanted to keep. I had no idea that the licenses would not be able to be reassigned. I would have been more selective would it be possible to remove the remaining domains?

    Apologies, please reconnect those two sites via the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab.

    I have also reset the rest of the domains used a staging site.
