Hi Richard,
Do you have any caching plugins installed please try clear cache or temporarily deactivate the plugin as this is known to cause issues with UpdraftPlus.
Then please can you reconnect the plugin to UpdraftPlus.com by entering your new account’s username and password in the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab? After connecting the plugin, reactivate the add-ons and Updraftplus will prompt you to update the plugin to complete the process. You should have UpdraftPlus Premium 2.14.4.22 version number after update.
If it still fails, I would recommend de-install current version and download a fresh copy of the plugin here and reconnect again.
