Hi, I bought 2 new licences instead of renewing. I cannot link my website http://www.jackandjillswoodentoys.co.uk to either licence and my http://www.ballooninspirations.co.uk website is using the free plugin as, again, I can’t link it to my 2 licences. Can you help or point me in the right direction? Thank you.

With your site using the free plugin, Can you please check and follow this guide to re-install
Installing your purchase of UpdraftPlus Premium or individual add-ons
Please de-install first the free version as described in step 1 and then on step 2 download the premium base file. Once the base file is installed you should then be able to proceed with step 3 onwards.Regards,
