    During a migration to “DreamPress” from shared plan on Dreamhost, the plugin and options disappeared from my dashboard. The migration failed and site reverted back to shared plan. I attempted to re-install plugin which generated error that folder already exists and install failed. I attempted to back up site through Updraft Plus Dashboard and that also generated a 400 error.

    Hi Walter,

    Please can you manually remove ‘updraftplus’ folder via FTP from the ‘wp-content/plugins/’ directory? Then download a fresh copy of the plugin from our install guide here https://updraftplus.com/support/installing-updraftplus-premium-your-add-on/ and re-install.
