Is the subscription automatically renewing?

Yes. You can cancel at anytime – https://updraftplus.com/my-account/subscriptions/

What happens if I cancel?

You’ll still have access to UpdraftPlus Premium after the 12-month term is over however you won’t be entitled to Premium Support and you won’t get any new Premium features, fixes or tweaks that are released. Renewing your subscription ensures continued access to updates and ensures continued compatibility with WordPress core, plugins and themes.

What happens after I purchase?

You’ll be directed to our installation guide and you’ll receive an email containing an invoice and order confirmation.

What happens if I change my mind?

We’ll generally consider all requests for refunds, particularly if made within the first 10 days after purchase. If you’re experiencing a problem or to discuss a refund please contact our friendly support team via the customer support form.

Where can I get technical support?

UpdraftPlus Premium customers are entitled to premium product support. Simply fill out a customer support form. Most customers receive a response within 24 hours, except for at weekends where we operate a skeleton staff. Free customers can ask for help in the WordPress Support forum.
