Today we’re announcing that we’ll shortly be launching a new parent brand and website, TeamUpdraft.

You can read more about the changes here.

UpdraftPlus, WP-Optimize and AIOS will move to the new domain with Internal Link Juicer and WPGetAPI to follow at a later date.

What is changing regarding UpdraftPlus add-ons and why?

At the moment, individual features of UpdraftPlus Premium can be bought separately as add-ons to the free plugin from the updraftplus.com shop.

Examples include the Microsoft OneDrive add-on, the more files add-on and UpdraftMigrator.

We looked at the data and overwhelmingly, 90% of purchases are for the bundled UpdraftPlus Premium product which includes every premium backup and migration feature, for one low price (as well as premium support, and access to updates). Only 10% are purchasing individual features as add-ons to the free plugin.

Subsequently, most add-ons will be removed from the new site. The only add-ons we’ll continue to sell will be UpdraftCentral, UpdraftClone and UpdraftVault (5GB, 15GB, 50GB and 250GB)

This change won’t affect existing customers, who can continue renewing their current add-on subscriptions.

Can I keep using the UpdraftPlus add-on that I have?

If you have an active subscription, you can continue using the add-on, download updates, and access premium support.

To check if your subscription is active, visit your subscriptions page.

It’s also a good idea to check your payment methods to ensure automatic renewals go through smoothly.

If your subscription has lapsed or lapses in the future, you can still use the add-on, but you won’t be able to download updates or access premium support.

If you’d like to keep your add-on updated and continue receiving premium support, you can still renew. Just visit the UpdraftPlus shop and purchase the add-on again.
