Send a report email even when a log file can’t be created

My backups recently stopped because the wp-content/updraft folder became unwritable. I didn’t find out about it until I logged into the website admin and found an error message there. In response to my tech support request, I learned that UpdraftPlus will only send a report email if a log file was created.

If an email had been sent in this case, I would have found out sooner that my backups weren’t being created. So I’d like to request that, if sending a report email is enabled, an email be sent after any attempted run of UpdraftPlus–regardless of whether a log file can be created.
