I am having the same problem. I have recently renewed my premium licenses. Even though UpdraftPlus in the Premium/Extensions tab says that my site is connected to my account, I cannot activate my addons using any of the addon links. I have tried deactivating, uninstalling, and reinstalling the UpdraftPlus Premium plugin v2.24.2.0 several times without being able to successfully activate the addons.

Vanessa this issue has been going on for longer than 24 hours, at least a few days.

But I took your word for it and renewed my license and the issue still exists. Do I need to completely reinstall the plugin at this point?

I had a renewal of Updraft Plus that expired. I renewed within 24 hours. It is showing that all of my licenses are being used (10) but some of these are old websites that I no longer have access to. How do I remove these websites in order to recycle the licenses please?

I renewed my subscription for Updraft Premium in September, a couple of months before it expired. While it is still making scheduled backups it is no longer doing backups before updates, a premium feature. Looking in my account it seems I have 10 unexpired licences, and I see an expired license for the website I care about, baynordic.org. I can see in the Premium/Extensions tab that the account is connected. But it shows that I am supposed to follow some links to update. When I follow them I just end up on the plugins page again.

How do I get my Premium renewal enabled on my site?

Hello, I’ve had UpdraftPlus for a long time and previously had an unlimited license. Now, I understand that I only get so many licenses, but when I renewed it automatically assigned all of my licenses and I can’t figure out how to release licenses from some of my sites so that I can have slots available for other sites.

The licenses section of my account shows 34 unexpired licenses. And I can’t add new licenses apparently. How can I release some of them to make room?

Hi guys,
Our renewal just went through recently but I need more site licenses – can we upgrade to the next level without having to pay for *full* price since we are only a couple of weeks into our current subscription?

I just renewed my license and received email confirmation. Orders section shows my order. However, download link isn’t working. Says link expires and takes me to the /shop. Also, the license section doesn’t show my license as current.

I’m confused. Before I renewed my licenses the expiration date was 2023-11-05. So why do they now all expire on 2024-08-12? I thought the renewal would be added to the end of the old expiration date (2023-11-05). Thoughts??

YIKES!!! I did as you said… I “Renewed” my subscription and now I have 20 unexpired licenses!!??!? What is going on? I had ten licenses and I just wanted to renew them, but it seems I have now purchased another 10???? Your thoughts?? I only wanted to renew my existing subscription.

Hi,

It shows that you have manually purchased the renewal last year that caused the duplicate subscription. Is it okay if we can just extend your license to 2-years? Instead of a refund?

Please note too that subscription will auto-renew yearly. No need to purchase manually.

I just renewed my premium licenses and all the old account licenses suddenly are active again and do not allow me to release them. I no longer own many of these sites and need to release the licenses on them.

Please let me know where to send the list of URLs for sites I no longer own so that I can reassign these licenses to current sites.
