    Hi Kevin,

    From our records, it appears that you renewed at a smaller package than your original purchase.
    Your most recent purchase was for the 2 site package, while your original order was for the 10 site package.

    As such, only 2 licenses were renewed.

    If you only need two licenses, please let us know which sites you wish to keep connected, and we can adjust your licenses.

    I you do require 10 licenses, please could you open a support ticket here, and we can refund the 2 site purchase:

    Hi Shane,

    Apologies, it appears that our licencing server did not recognise your purchase as a renewal.
    I have adjusted your licences, so the renewal message should now disappear.

    Please note also that we no longer offer an unlimited license with the Developer package. UpdraftPlus Premium Developer licence now has 35 licences and for unlimited licence we have added the Enterprise package.

    Hi Egberto,

    From our records, it appears that your two latest purchases were processed as renewals for your two Dropbox licenses that expired in February.

    I have adjusted your licenses to give you two fresh licenses, rather than extend the old.

    You can now assign sites to your new licenses, but the original two are expired.

    Thanks for your swift reply David but you haven’t really fully or adequately addressed my support request…

    I had plans to go over 35 license very soon – so of course this change affects me since the Developer plan was previously for unlimited licences and now it’s for 35 licences! I need a long term scalable solution to this which doesn’t entail a 127% price increase please! I have started to look at other solutions as had previously come from another provider so am not afraid of changing. I’m not a customer who needs lots of support so do let me know if you can do amything for me. I would like to renew, need unlimited licences as I oroginally signed up for, understand that companies sometimes have to put up their prices but I won’t be paying a 127% increase to renew and don’t think you’ve made this increase transparent at all.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the confusion.

    From our records, it appears that your previous purchase was registered as a full price renewal, so your licenses had only been extended until February.

    I have adjusted your licenses to expire on the 29th April 2018, so you can activate your add-ons.
    You should receive a renewal reminder soon, to renew at a 40% discount.

    Apologies, I have adjusted your license now.

    It appears that the renewal coupon was not applied. In the future, applying the ‘fortyoffrenewal’ coupon code at checkout will ensure that your purchase is marked as a renewal.

    Apologies, I’m afraid that we don’t have anyone who speaks German.

    However, it appears that your purchase was not registered as a renewal. As such, your sites were stuck on old, expired licenses.

    I have removed the expired licenses. Please could you refresh the connection to your account, through the Premium/Extensions tab? This will connect the site to a new license.

    It also appears that you have made several extra purchases. If you do not require these extra licenses, please could you contact us using the following form, and we can refund the extra purchases.

    Bryle, I’m not sure what you did, but this is completely not right now. I paid for 2 licenses to be renewed. I do not own the site bestofsnorkelgear.com anymore. Please delete this site from anything.

    Hi I have renew a one drive license for my website (premium.so) but the license have been renewed for another website that I don’t use(holidays.group).

    So far I am not being able to install one drive in my wordpress.

    Hi,

    From our records, the licenses appear to have renewed correctly now. It appears that there was a delay with the payment, and the order had not completed at the time.

    Please could you refresh the connection to your account, through the UpdraftPlus Premium/Extensions tab.

    UpdraftPlus Premium Developer contains all add-ons, so the separate Multisite add-on is not required unless you specifically require it.
