Extensions Not Working

This backup set is from a different site (https://www.uk-gardener.co.uk / https://www.homeandgardentrends.co.uk) – this is not a restoration, but a migration. You need the Migrator add-on in order to make this work.

I have bought licences tonight for the ftp extension, the migrator addon and the premium, none will work, can you cancel the ftp and the migrator and activate the premium.

I am totally lost with this, the order number is 372694 although I have entered the authorisation code it gives an error The one-time password (TFA code) you entered was incorrect.
